I provide full training and support for all of my girls, along with your sales kit of £500 worth Ann Summers products to use at your party, so there are no initial start-up costs…you are not asked to pay a penny before you start. Don't worry if you cannot drive as neither do many girls in my Unit! All you are required to do is organise a minimum of 3 parties per month and pay £3.50 per week kit rental – yes that’s right only £3.50 per week for £500 worth of Ann Summers goods!!!

Case 1

The University Student - struggling to make ends meet, overdraft building, not spending enough time studying:

Working 4 nights in a pub, 7-11pm including weekends.

Pay £4.45 per hour (under 21 min wage) earning £17.80 per night, @ 4 nights = £71.20 per week.

4 nights working Ann Summers Parties each with £200 sales (which is below average) would earn a minimum of £184.00.

Ann Summers Party Plan Work Trial

If you want some hands on experience before you apply, or are unsure if becoming a Party Organiser is for you, then you can take a work trial. Please note, it's a voluntary trial, and you will only be paid once you make sales at the first party you fully organise.

On a work trial you will accompany an experienced Organiser to a party and help with setting up, party games, customer orders etc. At the end of the party your  Organiser can take your job application.
